Fabi Pragier is a patisserie specialist working gluten- and dairy-free. She was building a premium e-learning platform that needed to compete with established masterclass brands.
The Brief
Build the full visual library for the platform: 45+ instructional sessions of about 40 minutes, founder portraits and styled dessert photography, all to broadcast standard.
The Challenge
Hundreds of hours to capture without quality drift. Three cameras had to run continuously, beauty had to coexist with legibility, and allergen-free desserts could not be styled into something they are not.
The Approach
A three-camera rig built on instructional logic: wide for context, overhead for the workspace, macro for technique. Recipes shot in clusters, lighting locked between video and stills.
The Execution
Multi-day shoots structured around recipe blocks. The three cameras ran continuously, the overhead on a fixed arm to keep the workspace clean. Founder portraits and styled desserts captured between sessions on the same lighting.
The Outcome
Fabi launched at masterclass level on day one, with hundreds of hours of edited courses and a unified photographic suite from a single production pipeline.
