Film & Editorial Coverage for Charity event, shot in London.
Project hero media
Case Study
A charity evening at Shoreditch Church needed coverage that carried the room's atmosphere into every channel it would later reach.
The Brief
A long-form event film and editorial photographs for the website, social channels and future fundraising materials, faithful to the evening's communal spirit.
The Challenge
A church venue with mixed available light and live acoustics. Solo coverage had to deliver film, stills and clean audio in real time, without disturbing the gathering.
The Approach
A recce mapped light and movement routes. Film and photography ran in parallel, audio on a dedicated rig, and a single warm grade unified the deliverables.
The Execution
Solo coverage through the evening, working observationally from the edges. Speeches captured with clean audio, candid stills shot in available light, and the church itself read as a visual character. Edit shaped around arrival, purpose, community and reflection.
The Outcome
A film that documents and communicates the spirit of the evening, plus a flexible photo library for social, reports and donor presentations.
