AI product editorial · London

One photo. Every room.

For collections, resellers and boutiques: I turn the product photos you already have into editorial stills, looping product shots, vertical films and ads. In the stills, loops and films the piece stays exactly as photographed; only the room, the light and the camera are created.

No reshoot. Priced per piece: a product loop is £30, down to £23 from 60 pieces.

AI-assisted · Product loop
Five-second loop: window shadows drift across a pink top-handle bag on a travertine plinth. One studio photo, five seconds of moving light.

Before and after

The same bag. A new chapter.

Most catalogues sit on a grey sweep: accurate, and forgettable. Switch between the original photo and the editorial still. The bag is the same pixels in both; the gallery around it did not exist.

Compare the original photo and the editorial still

The same pixels of the bag, cut out and placed in a created gallery. Only the room and the light are new.

What one photo becomes

Five ways to show a piece.

Choose per piece. A rare piece gets the film; the rest of the collection gets stills and a loop.

  1. Editorial stills

The piece in a gallery, an apartment or the dark, in 4:5 and 9:16.

  2. Product loop

Five seconds of moving light for the product page, the grid and stories.

  3. Vertical film

Twenty seconds, from leather and metal to the reveal, with an original score.

  4. Video ad

A campaign built from the same pieces, cut for paid social.

  5. Collection website

A private site with a page and a film for every piece.

Editorial stills

One piece. Three worlds.

Each world is a set designed once and reused for the whole collection, so forty bags read as one campaign, not forty experiments.

See it live · The Private Collection

Twenty-nine bags. Piece Nº 01.

A London collector of pre-owned handbags asked what could be done with the catalogue photos already on file. The answer is a private collection site: the first piece in three worlds, a five-second loop, a 20-second film with an original score and a campaign ad, all from existing photography.

Open it the way a buyer would: watch the film, drag the before-and-after line, and see how each piece would be presented.

Video ad

Carried through London.

Five pieces of the collection, carried from a Marylebone flat to the river at golden hour. This cut runs thirty seconds; a standard ad is fifteen to twenty, delivered in 9:16, 4:5 and 16:9.

AI-assisted · Video ad

Here the people and the movement are generated, so the bags are drawn from the catalogue photos and checked against them, not laid over pixel for pixel. The closing frames show the real photographs.

The rule

AI builds the room. Never the piece.

Generative video redraws everything in the frame, including the clasp, the stitching and the proportions. For a piece that is being sold, that is not acceptable. So the generated shot only provides the room, the light and the camera move; the real photograph of the piece is laid back over every frame.

ΔE ≤ 3
Colour of the piece measured against the original photo, held within a ΔE of 3.
No redraw
Leather, stitching and hardware are the photographed pixels, not a model’s idea of them.
No borrowed names
No logos, boxes or brand names added to a scene, nothing that suggests an endorsement.

How it works

Your photos in. A collection out.

  1. Send the photos you have

Sharp studio photos on a plain background are enough. For new pieces, I photograph them on site in central London, ten pieces minimum per visit, no session fee.

  2. Choose the worlds

One world for the whole collection keeps it consistent; up to three gives each piece a different mood. You choose what each piece gets: stills, a loop, a film.

  3. Approve the first five

The first five pieces come back for your approval before I make the rest, so the look is settled once.

  4. Delivered, ready to post

Files cropped for the product page, Instagram and stories, labelled as AI-assisted, with a version without text for each film.

Questions

Fair questions.

Is the product changed?

No. The piece on screen is cut from your own photograph and laid back over every frame, so the leather, the stitching and the hardware stay as they were photographed. I check the colour against the original on every frame and redo anything that drifts.

Do I need a new shoot?

Not if your catalogue photos are sharp and evenly lit on a plain background. If they are not, or for pieces that have never been photographed, I shoot them on site: seven retouched images per piece.

What kind of pieces does it work for?

It was built for pre-owned handbags. The same method works for any object photographed cleanly on a plain background: watches, jewellery, shoes, small leather goods.

What will you not do?

Redraw the piece, invent provenance, add a box, a receipt or a brand name to the scene, or suggest that a fashion house endorses your collection. The room and the light are created; the piece and the facts stay true.

Should the images say they are AI-assisted?

I recommend it and label the files that way. A short line such as “setting created with AI, piece photographed as is” is honest and reassures buyers.

How is the price set?

Per piece, from a grid of four tiers. The tier is set by the total number of pieces in the order and applies to every piece in it, so a larger collection lowers the price of each one. A 25% deposit, the balance on delivery.
