Rules for using the private Morax Chat inbox to manage conversations from connected communication accounts.

1. The service
Morax Chat is an internal, unified inbox for authorised users. It can connect WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and Gmail so that users can view, organise, and search conversations from one interface. Morax Chat is receive-only: it cannot send messages or respond to conversations.
2. Authorised access
You may use Morax Chat only if you are authorised by the account owner or administrator. Keep your login and connected-account credentials private, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for having the right to access and handle the conversations you view, for complying with applicable privacy and communications laws, and for obtaining any permissions required from people whose information you process. Do not use Morax Chat for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
4. Third-party platforms
Morax Chat depends on the APIs and availability of WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and Gmail. Those platforms control their own accounts, policies, permissions, and service availability. A change or interruption on a connected platform may affect Morax Chat.
5. Ownership
Morax Chat, its interface, and its software are operated by Morax Photography and remain its property or that of its licensors. You retain the rights you already have in the messages and content you handle, subject to the rights of the relevant platform and other people.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service useful and secure, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when required for maintenance, security, platform changes, or operational reasons. We may update these terms when the service changes; the date above identifies the current version.
