The Brief
Deliver nine team portraits with absolute visual consistency — same lighting, framing and tone — usable across website, LinkedIn, pitch decks and regulatory filings.
The Challenge
Nine roles, nine comfort levels, one tonal register. The portraits had to satisfy creative use and compliance use from a single setup, with no relighting between subjects.
The Approach
One controlled lighting rig calibrated for multiple complexions, a standardised sequence per sitter, and crop-safe framing for every corporate format.
The Execution
Lighting set, metered and validated before the first subject. Each partner ran the same sequence — short conversation, three directed variations, one open frame — and a uniform grade was applied across the nine portraits.
The Outcome
Nine portraits that function as a unified team page, with a documented spec so every new hire integrates without a visible seam.
