Diligent gathered business leaders for an exclusive evening on the Seine, with keynotes, networking and dining aboard a private cruise.
The Brief
Cover a one-evening event on a private Seine cruise and deliver a multi-format library: event film, social cutdowns, interviews and editorial stills.
The Challenge
A moving boat on the Seine means light, sound and stability shift constantly. The schedule also packed keynotes, interviews and dining into a single window with no second take.
The Approach
We mapped the evening against the boat's route, locking light windows for each segment. A two-camera crew split between keynotes and roaming coverage to keep both arcs alive.
The Execution
Filming started before boarding, capturing arrivals in golden light. Once underway, the crew split between keynote stage and editorial roaming, with audio recorded clean from the lectern feed.
The Outcome
Diligent received a full multi-format library from a single evening: event film, social cutdowns, interview content and editorial photography, all sharing one visual language.
